At the beginning of the negotiations, the parties noted the stable development of strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China. Special attention was paid to the investment potential of the Tashkent Region, the conditions created for foreign investors, and the further expansion of cooperation with TSC-HK-INVESTMENT.
As noted during the meeting, TSC-HK-INVESTMENT, founded in 2019, is a subsidiary of Wonderful International Investment Group, registered in Hong Kong, and is engaged in implementing real estate and investment projects in Uzbekistan.
The participants reviewed the possibility of allocating a land plot for the construction of a plant for producing modern thermal insulation panels for exterior walls and discussed the prospects for implementing other major investment initiatives.
After the meeting concluded, Zoir Mirzaev invited representatives of the Chinese company to visit the territory of Nurafshon city, where they were presented with land plots offered for future investment projects. The parties expressed confidence that these negotiations will contribute to the further development of practical interaction between the Tashkent Region and Chinese investors.
The Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan held negotiations on July 29 with a Chinese delegation. The delegation was headed by Zhang Xue, Director of the Center for Innovative Education and Real Estate Research, and the Deputy Chairman of the Industrial Cooperation Department of the China Real Estate Association.
The Chinese group included representatives from Chinese companies operating in the fields of construction and real estate, glass production, manufacturing of door and window systems, and interior design. During the meeting, the parties discussed Uzbekistan's investment potential, opportunities for exporting products of local manufacturers of building materials, and prospects for joint project implementation.
Members of the Chinese delegation were also presented with information about land plots available for investment initiatives, as well as existing transport and engineering infrastructure. At the conclusion of the negotiations, an agreement was reached on further joint development of investment initiatives and the promotion of practical implementation of promising projects.
