According to data from the National Statistical Committee, the manufacturing industry maintained the largest share in Uzbekistan's industrial production during the period from January to June 2026. The production volume amounted to 549.7 trillion soums, which corresponds to 86.3 percent of the total industrial output.
In the mineral extraction and quarrying sector, 42.4 trillion soums were produced during the reporting period. This industry accounted for 6.7 percent of the total industrial output.
The electricity supply, gas supply, steam supply, and air conditioning sector generated 41.7 trillion soums in goods and services, accounting for 6.5 percent of the total amount. Additionally, production in the water supply, sewerage, waste collection, and disposal sphere reached 3.3 trillion soums, occupying 0.5 percent of the industrial production structure.
