Early-stage venture capital firm Sorin Investments spearheaded a 30 crore rupee investment in Kily, a company specializing in agentic corporate artificial intelligence (AI). Razorpay and Wyser Capital also participated in this round.
Kily plans to use the raised capital to deepen its product functionality, strengthen go-to-market marketing strategies, and accelerate adoption among India's largest consumer brands.
Founded in 2025, Kily creates autonomous AI agents. These agents enable brands and sellers to manage commercial operations, decisions, and outcomes across various marketplaces. The platform analyzes marketplace signals and integrates them with each company's unique context, goals, and constraints to make smart decisions and execute complex workflows on leading e-commerce and quick delivery platforms.
Since its launch, Kily has collaborated with major consumer brands, including ITC, demonstrating the potential of autonomous AI in transforming enterprise digital trade management.
Sankalp Mehrotra, co-founder and CEO of Kily, noted that modern online sellers and brands operate within a highly fragmented ecosystem. He emphasized that growth and profitability depend on making thousands of decisions daily across different marketplaces, and Kily was created to bring autonomy to trade management, allowing partners and brands to act faster, make better decisions, and scale profitably.
Commenting on the investment, Subir Monga, a partner at Sorin Investments, stated that enterprise software is undergoing a radical shift—from systems that help people make decisions to systems that make those decisions autonomously.
He added that today, brands compete in an environment where marketplaces constantly optimize millions of variables using AI. The Kily team is developing an autonomous execution layer that allows brands to compete on equal footing. Monga also mentioned that the founders possess a unique combination of industry experience and technical capabilities due to their prior experience at well-known organizations such as Flipkart, Affle, and Amazon.
