The Casa Western Valley / STO.M.P house is conceived as a metaphor for the valley into which it is embedded. The project uses the language of a bustling street to extend the residential building along the corner plot, framing the valley and its lake.
Three vertical linear openings connected by corridors open up the plan to diffused western light and cross-ventilation. This allows the house to reflect the character of the surrounding landscape through the use of textures and materials.

The R.I. House, conceived by Infante Poblete Montt, functions as a suspended viewpoint situated atop El Morro hill. This residence extends over the vegetation and rock formations, providing a comprehensive and grand view of the entire Zapallar bay.
The Carla Ridge House residence, designed by Montalba Architects, was presented by the project team. This single-story house has a privileged location with spectacular views of the hillside, the valley, and the distant urban area, encompassing Beverly Hills.
The house's design was conceived to harmoniously integrate the internal and external areas. This is achieved through the intertwining of various patios, which were created to provide moments of tranquility and promote direct contact with nature.
