The project team described that all architectural work begins with a fundamental choice. In the case of Casa Álamos, this main decision was to establish a boundary facing the city, allowing the interior of the project to open up completely to the surrounding landscape.

Casa Nido, developed by the firm Iterare Arquitectos, was designed to occupy a corner lot located in Torrefiel, one of Valencia's more modest neighborhoods.

The SONO House / Atelier Carle project is a residential building that organically unites a single composition oriented towards northern light. The design frames the landscapes opening onto the extensive site landscape.
Three long concrete walls of varying heights approach the building, corresponding to the scale of the surrounding landscape. These walls emphasize the permanence of the architectural landscape and anchor the building in time. The entrance to the structure is hidden in a narrow opening between different volumes.
Upon crossing this threshold, the spaces are organized such that social and private areas are arranged according to a flexible plan and wooden structure. This demonstrates the building's ability to adapt over a longer time horizon.
The Casa JA was conceived by the project team and reflects the unique characteristics of its location in Southern Amã. This property enjoys a privileged view of one of the city's largest public parks, in addition to offering continuous panoramas.
The steep slope of the land, along with the oak trees that were kept around the lot, served as inspiration for the architectural concept. This concept focuses on creating a green platform arranged in terraces, integrating the landscape directly into the building's interior.
In addition to visually incorporating nature, the design also organically positions the primary living spaces within the terrain itself, respecting the existing topography and vegetation.
