Khasan Omanbaevich Okulov will defend his doctoral dissertation in political sciences. The topic of the dissertation is titled 'The Role of the Owner Class in the Development of Civil Society' (comparative analysis of foreign and national experience).
The defense of the dissertation, written to obtain the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in specialty 23.00.02 — Political institutions, processes and technologies, will take place at the meeting of the Scientific Council awarding the DSc.03/2025.27.12.Ss.01.09 degree, at the National University of Uzbekistan.
