A delegation from Uzbekneftegaz, led by its board chairman, held talks with the management of China's Jereh Group, a manufacturer of high-tech equipment for the oil and gas industry, during a working trip to China.
The parties discussed the current state of cooperation, the progress of joint projects, and prospects for further expansion of partnership relations.
During the meeting, participants noted that in recent years, Uzbekneftegaz and Jereh Group have signed a number of agreements aimed at enhancing the technical potential of Uzbekistan's oil and gas sector.
One of the key topics of discussion was Uzbekneftegaz's drilling expansion program. In this regard, the parties reviewed the possibilities of acquiring modern cementing equipment used in the construction of exploration and production wells.
Participants also discussed commercial proposals presented by Jereh Group and exchanged views on equipment supplies under mutually beneficial terms. Special attention was paid to optimizing supply conditions, considering the long-term nature of the interaction between the two companies.
At the conclusion of the negotiations, the parties confirmed their interest in further developing the partnership and implementing new projects aimed at modernizing Uzbekistan's oil and gas industry.
