It was revealed that an employee of the State Tax Inspectorate, who worked in the tax inspection's remote tax control unit of the Karman district, was accepting monetary funds as a bribe. He received 1000 US dollars to reduce part of an individual entrepreneur's tax debt and not apply the imposed financial penalty.

Currently, investigative actions are being carried out on this incident in accordance with Part 1 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
