In the modern world, problems with acne, pimples, and facial spots have become common, caused by poor diet, environmental pollution, and lifestyle changes. Despite numerous attempts and the use of expensive cosmetic products, getting rid of these issues can be difficult. If you suffer from acne and want to achieve natural skin clarity, using neem, as described in traditional Ayurveda medicine and modern science, can be very beneficial.
Water prepared from neem is rich in antibacterial and antifungal properties, making it a true blessing for the skin. Regularly applying this water twice a day helps not only eliminate pimples but also completely cleanse the skin of excess sebum and internal impurities. Below is a detailed method for preparing and applying this remedy.
Ingredients and Preparation Method
To prepare, you need fresh neem leaves—one to two handfuls, two to three cups of water, and a cotton pad or spray bottle. The process begins with thoroughly washing the neem leaves. Then, two to three cups of water are poured into a container, and the prepared leaves are added.
The mixture should be brought to a boil over medium heat for about 10–12 minutes, until the water turns light green and the leaves release their composition. After that, the heat is turned off, and the liquid must cool completely. The finished decoction is strained and stored in a clean bottle or spray bottle; it can also be placed in the refrigerator.
Application Instructions
Before application, you must thoroughly cleanse your face with a mild cleanser and pat it dry. Then, dip a cotton pad into the prepared neem water or spray it directly onto your face. The remedy should be gently spread over the skin and left on for 10–15 minutes. After this time, the face should be rinsed with regular water. For the best and fastest results, this procedure is recommended to be repeated twice a day—in the morning and before bed.
