Analysts surveyed by Business Standard predict that the Bengaluru-based company will report double-digit revenue growth of 12–15 percent. This growth is expected to be driven by an increase in deal volume, acquisitions, and improved demand in key sectors. The operating margin is anticipated to remain stable at 21.3–23.3 percent, while net profit is expected to rise to over 8100 crore rupees, an increase of 17 percent year-on-year.

Eternal's performance for the April-June quarter was supported by strong growth in the quick retail business Blinkit, which offset the decline in profitability compared to the previous period. Parent company Zomato and Blinkit recorded a threefold increase in net profit to 92 crore rupees in Q1FY27 compared to 25 crore rupees the previous year, attributed to a low base and improved operational metrics. Nevertheless, profit decreased by 47 percent compared to 174 crore rupees in the previous quarter. Revenue grew almost threefold year-on-year, reaching 20,211 crore rupees compared to 7,167 crore rupees, and also increased compared to 17,292 crore rupees in the January to March quarter. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA increased by 223 percent year-on-year to 555 crore rupees and by 29 percent compared to the previous quarter.

Paytm's First Quarter Results

Paytm reported a 79 percent year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching 220 crore rupees for the April-June period. Meanwhile, operating revenue increased by 28 percent due to continued growth in the payments and financial services business.

Revenue from operations in Q1FY27 amounted to 2,448 crore rupees, compared to 1,918 crore rupees the previous year, demonstrating consistent growth of 8.1 percent. Net profit also rose by 19.5 percent compared to the 184 crore rupees declared in the January-March quarter. However, income from other sources decreased by 24.5 percent year-on-year to 182 crore rupees, although it was slightly higher than the 178 crore rupees recorded in the previous quarter.
