The Mac House presents an open residential environment concept, designed to continuously dissolve the boundaries between indoor and outdoor space. This project integrates vegetation directly into the architecture, creating an enriched spatial experience.
The different floor elevations were conceived to mimic the natural topography of the site, which enhances the experience of movement and daily activities. In this setting, human routines coexist in harmony with nature, under a vast and welcoming canopy of shade.

In a building constructed in the mid-20th century, located in the Higienópolis neighborhood, Lucas Jimeno Dualde carried out a remarkable transformation of a 280 m² apartment.
The project is characterized by austere architecture, whose objective is to remove visual and material distractions. This approach aims to direct the focus of the experience towards sensory elements such as the body, light, color, and objects present in the space.
