More than 150 active and proactive young people participated in the event. They made a significant contribution to the improvement of the territories and the preservation of the environment.
According to event participant Khayot Abdurakhmonova, the well-being of the city and the cleanliness of the environment primarily depend on the responsibility of each citizen. Such ecological actions play an important role in forming a healthy lifestyle among youth and fostering a careful attitude towards nature.
At the end of the event, the most active participants who contributed to environmental protection and city improvement were recognized by the organizers.
Training courses organized by the Institute for the Development of the National Competency System have concluded at the Professional Skills Center in the city of Bukhara. These courses were intended for candidate experts involved in qualification assessment processes.
The five-day training program allowed participants to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge. They studied the legal and institutional foundations of the national competency system, as well as the processes of developing and implementing professional standards and industry competency frameworks.
Furthermore, participants mastered methods for creating qualification assessment tools, modern assessment approaches, and familiarized themselves with international experience.
During the sessions, analyses of practical cases were conducted, assessment processes were modeled, and interactive discussions and experience exchange sessions were organized.
Certificates granting the right to work as experts in qualification assessment centers were awarded to 18 participants who successfully completed the training.
It is emphasized that such training programs contribute to the improvement of the national competency system, ensure the fairness and transparency of qualification assessment procedures, and help prepare competitive personnel that meet labor market demands.
Reforms are being implemented in the country aimed at developing entrepreneurship and actively involving women in business life, and these changes are beginning to bear fruit. One such entrepreneurial entity is the private enterprise 'Beka Charos' in the Pastdargom district of the Samarkand region.
Gulbeka Qo'chqorova began her career in 2008 with only two seamstresses. Today, 45 women work at the enterprise. Here, tea towels, blankets, as well as clothing for women and children intended for medical institutions and kindergartens, are produced to order.
The annual production volume of the enterprise reaches 2 billion soms.
Gulbeka Qo'chqorova's professional activity has been recognized by the state. In 2022, she was awarded the distinction 'Active Entrepreneur'. She currently also serves as a deputy of the Samarkand Region Council from People's Deputies.
Furthermore, the entrepreneur partnered with the Society of Disabled Persons of the Samarkand region and founded the unitary enterprise 'Ziyoda Iymon'. This enterprise produces sewing products for social institutions, with special attention paid to employing women with disabilities. Currently, six women work in this company.
