Darshan Reddy, head of the KZN youth division, emphasized the practical benefit of joining a collective business network. He explained that today's youth often have knowledge and contacts only within their immediate circle when seeking goods, services, and support.
Reddy added that the TBW forum provides a network of trusted individuals and businesses. According to their principles, they prioritize supporting members of their network, which is a mutually beneficial process where mutual support contributes to the growth of all participants.
He also mentioned that experienced entrepreneurs and large business owners across South Africa and internationally are ready to assist emerging talents. Reddy stated that larger companies have a moral obligation to guide the younger generation by providing them with advice and support. He concluded that such events allow companies to introduce themselves, showcase their services, exchange ideas, and create valuable partnerships, and that investment in young entrepreneurs is necessary for building stronger businesses and communities.
