Kotak Investment Banking (KIB), the investment banking division of Kotak Mahindra Bank, announced on Thursday the appointment of Ramesh Srinivasan as a non-executive Vice Chairman of the Board for a three-year term, effective from August 1, 2026.
New Roles in KIB
In the new role, the company stated in a press release that Srinivasan will advise the management on strategic issues and key institutional relationships, among other responsibilities.
The board also appointed V. Jayashankar and Saurav Mallik as Managing Directors and Co-Chief Executive Officers (Co-CEOs). Both will lead the investment banking business with equal authority and responsibility.
