Antoine Labaki from Lebanon has won another prize from Dubai Duty Free, winning one million dollars in the latest Millennium Millionaire draw. This win occurred eight years after his first major success.
The story of a multiple winner
The resident of Beirut, Antoine Labaki, received one million dollars in the latest Millennium Millionaire draw at Dubai Duty Free. He has joined a small group of people who have won jackpots multiple times. The announcement of the victory was made today at the B Contest at Dubai International Airport.
The 53-year-old Labaki became the twelfth person to win the Millennium Millionaire promotion twice. His ticket with number 3360 in Series 551 was purchased online on July 17. Previously, he had already won a million-dollar jackpot in August 2018. Furthermore, in August 2004, he won a BMW 745Li in the Finest Surprise series 1147 using ticket number 0151, making this prize his third from Dubai Duty Free.
Plans after the win
The father of three children and owner of a construction business stated that he was stunned, as this is the third time he has won something from Dubai Duty Free. When asked about his plans regarding the recent large income, Antoine said that he plans to move to Dubai due to the current situation in Lebanon, where he will live and invest.
Other draw winners
Following the Millennium Millionaire draw, Dubai Duty Free held a Finest Surprise draw, which featured three luxury cars. Vinith Valsalan, a 43-year-old Indian resident of Dubai, won a Mercedes-Benz G 500 Station Wagon (Manufaktur Olive Metallic) with ticket number 1622 from the Finest Surprise series 1958. He bought the winning ticket online on July 4.
Valsalan, who has lived in Dubai for the past 15 years, has participated in Dubai Duty Free promotions for two years. The father of two children works in banking sales at a bank based in Dubai. He noted that it happened suddenly and he has no words to express his gratitude.
Meanwhile, Bidju Kelot, a 54-year-old Indian citizen from Kerala, won an Aprilia Tuareg Rally motorcycle (Black Red) with ticket number 0398 from the Finest Surprise series 672. He purchased the ticket online on July 16. Kelot has been participating in Dubai Duty Free promotions for the last year. He is a widower and father of two children, managing a home appliance sales business.
The third winner was Rashmi Augustine, a 48-year-old Indian citizen from Abu Dhabi, who won a BMW R12 GS (Sandrover Matt) motorcycle with ticket number 0398 from the Finest Surprise series 673. She purchased her ticket online on July 21. Augustine, who has lived in Abu Dhabi for 22 years, has participated in Dubai Duty Free promotions for the last two or three months. The mother of three children works in a cargo forwarding company in Abu Dhabi. She shared that she advised a colleague to try her luck in the promotion but decided to buy her third ticket earlier, believing she made the right decision.
