During a video selection meeting chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on July 27 of this year, upcoming priority tasks in the fuel and energy complex sector were discussed. It was noted that although the use of liquefied gas has been digitized and organized, the issue of timely and guaranteed delivery has not been fully resolved. Therefore, it was proposed to diversify the volumes of gas cylinders based on the actual needs of households.
Continuous and quality supply of energy resources to the population is one of the pressing tasks for utility services. In this context, the activities of the 'Hududgaz Namangan' branch in providing gas are considered one of the key areas of work.
It is emphasized that behind every achieved figure and result is hard work. Currently, systemic measures are being carried out in the region to deliver liquefied gas to consumers in an organized and transparent manner. From January to June 2026, a total of 35,472.53 tons of liquefied gas were delivered to 488,083 consumers in 754 settlements, covering 61% of consumers.
Murodjon Khojaev, Deputy Director of the 'Hududgaz Namangan' branch for liquefied gas supplies, noted that the new digitization system allows for improving the quality of gas cylinder distribution services and ensuring that the product reaches the end consumer directly. When analyzing the volume of liquefied gas delivered by districts, the following districts contributed the most: Namangan city (3,533.86 tons), Norin (3,510.18 tons), To'raqo'rg'on (3,343.80 tons), Kosonsoy (3,285.84 tons), Uchii (3,232.88 tons), and Yangiqo'rg'on (3,099.82 tons).
Currently, the work of the youth leader in the mahalla is considered a key element in supporting the aspirations of young people, guiding them toward beneficial endeavors, as well as increasing their employment and social activity. Individual work with each young person, aimed at the proper utilization of their interests and potential, contributes to positive changes in the mahalla.

A meeting was held in the capital dedicated to the issues of developing sports volunteering in Uzbekistan, which took place at the 'Olympic Village'.
The meeting discussed aspects of improving the sports volunteering system and further developing its activities. Responsible individuals were assigned tasks related to creating broader opportunities for youth, advancing the sports volunteering system to a new stage, and systematizing work in this area.
There is an increase in the number of international tournaments in the country, such as world championships and continental union championships in various sports, as well as a growth in seminars, international training camps, and mass events. This, in turn, increases the need for qualified sports volunteers.
It was noted that there is currently a need for active development of sports volunteering in the country, expanding the circle of qualified volunteers, utilizing students' practical experience, and raising the level of cooperation with educational institutions and youth organizations.
During the discussions, it was emphasized that it is extremely important to organize work in this area systematically, paying attention to ensuring that young people involved in volunteering are comprehensively informed and competent. Accordingly, specific responsibilities were assigned to the responsible individuals.
The 'Bilimdon' resort was newly built in 2025 by the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan. It is located in the area of Loghon village, which is part of the Avval Tourism Village in Farghona district, and is considered one of the modern children's resorts near nature's pure and unique landscapes.
This resort, covering an area of 9 hectares, has all the necessary conditions for the physical and moral development and healthy rest of children. The infrastructure includes modern dormitories, 5 restaurants providing quality meals, qualified medical services, a library, a swimming pool, sports grounds, creative and technical circles, a summer amphitheater, and surveillance cameras throughout the entire area. Additionally, a special 12-day program has been introduced to realize the interests of the children.
According to Muzaffar Mamattkulov, director of the 'Bilimdon' children's health resort, one thousand children are treated and rest here across five seasons. Currently, 200 children are resting during the fourth season. Children from Samarkand, Tashkent, and Navoi regions also come here to rest while studying.
The resort features a library, open and closed stages, and a cultural amphitheater with 250 seats, dedicated to developing the talent and knowledge of children. This resort functions as a place that combines national values and modern educational methods.
Muzaffar Mamattkulov added that there is a media club to encourage interest in journalism, and clubs for doll making, chess-backgammon, and sports are active. There are also IT and robotics circles, where children can learn even if they are specialists in these fields.
Durdona Ikromjonova, who came from the youth resort, expressed her satisfaction with the circles here, especially the dance, karaoke, skilled hands, and drawing circles. She studied Khodiberdi Toxtaboyev's work 'Boy with Five Children' and recommended this resort to her classmates. Hurriyat Isroilova, meanwhile, learned to knit dolls from Bisert and plans to teach this craft to her classmates when she returns to school.
The sports grounds at the resort meet modern standards, and there is also the opportunity to engage in water sports on hot summer days. The kitchen is spacious and clean, equipped with modern technology. Meals are prepared according to the age and physiological needs of the children.
Muzaffar Mamattkulov announced that the resort can be sent by trade unions, and orders can be placed for sending via the website oromgohlar.uz. He concluded that a summer resort is not just a place for rest, but an important opportunity for a child to unlock their potential, socialize, and develop.
