The forum concluded with the signing of agreements aimed at strengthening partnership and developing joint projects in the agricultural sector.
During a panel discussion on cooperation in agriculture and the food industry, participants reviewed opportunities for joint work in areas such as seed production, potato cultivation, rice farming, implementation of modern agricultural technologies, processing of agricultural products, and practical application of scientific developments.
Particular attention was paid to increasing trade, economic, and investment ties, implementing joint projects, and strengthening direct interaction between enterprises of both countries.
One of the most important outcomes of the event was the conclusion of bilateral agreements in the agricultural sphere. The National Center for Knowledge and Innovation in Agriculture of Uzbekistan and the state company Kyrgyz Agroholding signed an agreement on cooperation in seed production. Furthermore, the Research Institute of Vegetable, Melon, and Potato Crops of Uzbekistan and the K.K. Azikov Kyrgyz Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture concluded a contract on expanding scientific cooperation.
The parties expect these agreements to facilitate the exchange of high-quality seed material, joint scientific research, as well as testing new crop varieties and exchanging experience among specialists.
The forum concluded with B2B meetings, which allowed business representatives from both countries to establish new contacts and discuss joint initiatives for further expansion of Uzbek-Kyrgyz cooperation in agriculture.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, on July 27, accepted copies of the founding documents of the new Kazakh ambassador to Uzbekistan, Yaraly Tugzhanov.
During the meeting, Saidov emphasized the high level of strategic partnership and union between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. He noted that bilateral ties are actively developing in all spheres thanks to the trusting dialogue and the political will of the leaders of both countries.

Ibrohim Abdurakhmonov confirmed Uzbekistan's readiness for further expansion of international cooperation in the field of agriculture and supported initiatives aimed at forming mutually beneficial partnerships. At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue joint work on developing bilateral cooperation, practical implementation of common projects, and activating interaction in various areas of the agro-industrial complex.
Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan discussed opportunities to deepen interaction in the fields of geology, subsoil use, and groundwater resource management.
The discussions took place during the working visit of Rustam Yusupov, Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology of Uzbekistan, to the Kyrgyz Republic. During the meetings, the parties reviewed issues regarding the preparation of a joint Action Plan in the mining and geological sectors, as well as potential projects for the exploration and development of mineral deposits.
Significant attention was paid to exchanging experience and implementing modern technologies in geological exploration. Participants discussed the prospects of applying advanced subsurface investigation methods for industry development. Kyrgyzstan's experience in the rational use, protection, and monitoring of groundwater reserves was also examined separately.
The parties also studied the possibility of applying digital technologies and artificial intelligence for hydrogeological modeling, data analysis, and forecasting. At the conclusion of the meetings, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan reaffirmed their mutual interest in further developing cooperation and implementing joint projects in the field of geology and rational use of natural resources.
