With 'Kalbimin Rotası Karadeniz,' TGA continues its strategy of showcasing various regions of Turkey through fictional stories featuring famous national actors. The new series focuses on the Eastern Black Sea region, demonstrating its stunning mountains, forests, rivers, traditional villages, and age-old cultural customs.
Filming Locations and Production
Filming took place in the provinces of Trabzon, Rize, and Artvin, which are known for their picturesque nature, lush tea plantations, historical architecture, and rich local culture. The production aims to present these destinations to an international audience through cinematic narrative rather than standard tourist advertising. The project is realized by Sky Film studio with the participation of producer Emre Oskay. The script was written by Emre Kavuk, and the direction was handled by Ketche (Hakan Kırvavaç), known for his successful Turkish television dramas and films.
