Management Comments
Shirish Godbole, CEO of Knowledge Realty Trust, noted a strong start to fiscal year '27. He emphasized that the 15% growth in revenue and NOI was driven by an increase in portfolio occupancy to 93%. This growth was supported by high demand for office space, which accounted for more than half of the total lease volume for the June quarter. For the June quarter, the company signed leases for 1.4 million square feet of office space, of which 0.7 million square feet represent renewals of existing agreements, and 0.7 million square feet represent new agreements.
