The company's plans were discussed by the Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Shermatov, and the Chief Operating Officer of iSON Xperiences, Rami Sweis, during the Global Business Services Forum 2026. The parties also reviewed possibilities for long-term cooperation in the field of outsourcing and global business services.
iSON Xperiences, founded in 2011, specializes in Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. Currently, iSON Xperiences has over 18,000 employees in 19 countries, manages more than 40 service centers, and processes over 50 million customer interactions monthly for international brands.
In Uzbekistan, the company intends to launch its first project focused on serving foreign clients. Initially, the support center will hire 100 Russian-speaking specialists. Subsequently, iSON Xperiences plans to expand its teams to work with clients in English, German, Turkish, and other languages, gradually increasing its presence in Uzbekistan.
Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan provided iSON Xperiences representatives with information about the support measures available to international BPO companies. These measures include tax incentives, assistance in staff recruitment and training, and support for projects at all stages of implementation. The Minister noted that this project could contribute to attracting investment, creating skilled jobs, and increasing Uzbekistan's export potential in the BPO sector.
The company Sonect officially announced its entry into the Uzbekistan market during the Global Business Services Forum (GBSF) 2026.
At the forum, a meeting took place between the Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Shermatov, and the CEO of Sonect, Ekaterina Osina. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the company's plans for launching operations in the country and its future development.
Participants noted that the decision to enter the Uzbek market resulted from previous negotiations held in both Moscow and Tashkent. At the GBSF 2026 event, the company also presented its rebranding and officially announced the start of its operations in Uzbekistan.
The parties reviewed projects for establishing operational centers in the cities of Tashkent, Samarkand, and Fergana. Furthermore, issues regarding the training of qualified personnel, providing services to international clients, and utilizing support mechanisms offered by the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem were discussed.
The Ministry of Digital Technologies stated that the appearance of Sonect in Uzbekistan is a practical result of the international efforts of IT Park Uzbekistan. It is expected that this will strengthen the country's status as a regional hub for global business services and business process outsourcing (BPO).
The Migration Agency of Uzbekistan announced the launch of a program aimed at training and employing Uzbek specialists in healthcare in public and private medical institutions of the Czech Republic.
This initiative resulted from agreements reached during the visit of the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Andrej Babiš, to Uzbekistan.
Following discussions between the Director of the Migration Agency, Behzod Musaev, representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Czech Republic, and the Minister of Health of the Czech Republic, Adam Vojtěch, the parties agreed to launch the program. The goal is to prepare Uzbek medical workers for work in the Czech Republic with subsequent employment, including high-qualification positions in state and private clinics.
The program includes learning the Czech language, developing professional skills, creating dual education programs, and simplifying procedures for recognizing diplomas and professional qualifications. The implementation of the program is scheduled to begin in September 2026.
