The delegation was headed by Chief Executive Officer Mohd Hafiz bin Sharifuddin. The parties discussed concrete steps for implementing joint investment projects in the housing construction sector.
Continuation of Cooperation
The delegation's visit was a continuation of agreements reached during the official trip of the Hokim of the Fergana Region to Malaysia from June 1 to 3, 2026. During this trip, cooperation plans for building modern residential complexes in the region were agreed upon.
Experience Exchange and Visit Goals
During the negotiations, Khayrullo Bozorov noted the high level of development of the Malaysian construction sector. He emphasized that in Uzbekistan, including the Fergana Region, programs are actively being implemented to create modern apartment buildings to meet the growing demand for housing.
Representatives of Orientex Synergy stated that the goal of their visit is to conduct a detailed study of current construction sites, assess promising plots, and determine directions for further interaction.
Readiness for Partnership
The Fergana Region expressed its readiness to provide the delegation with the opportunity to examine land plots proposed for construction, areas included in the urban renewal program, as well as modern residential complexes. Specialists will be appointed to assist investors in project implementation.
After the meeting, the parties agreed to continue joint work on preparing and implementing investment projects, as well as developing long-term cooperation in the construction industry.
