Prior to this position, Isakulov held senior posts in the energy sector. Previously, he headed two districts in Tashkent region.
Before receiving the new appointment, Isakulov worked as the first deputy chairman of the board of Thermal Power Plants. Additionally, he managed the Central Dispatch Department of the Ministry of Energy.
At various times, Isakulov was responsible for managing the Bekabad and Parkent districts within the Tashkent region.
Akhadxon Isokjonov has been appointed as the head of the Inspection for Control over the Use of Electricity, Petroleum Products, and Gas under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He replaced Dadajon Isakulov in this position, who was relieved of his post due to a transfer to another role. This Inspection monitors the consumption of electricity, petroleum products, and gas.
Akhadxon Ikromjonovich Isokjonov was born in 1978 in Namangan region. He received an education at the Namangan Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Economics in 2002. In 2010, he completed his studies at the Academy of State Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in 2023, he obtained a diploma part-time from the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technologies.
Before taking on the new position, Akhadxon Isokjonov held the post of the first deputy chairman of the Committee for Industrial, Radiological, and Nuclear Safety.
According to a government source, Rustam Jurayev has been appointed as the chairman of the Presidential Security Service of Uzbekistan. This appointment was subsequently confirmed by the President's press secretary, Sherzod Asadov.
In connection with this new position, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev promoted Jurayev from the rank of Major General to Lieutenant General. Before taking on the new role, Jurayev worked as the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Head of the Department of Public Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs starting in January 2026.

Rustam Jurayev was born in 1968 and graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 1994. From 1994 to 2008, he held various positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and later served in the presidential administration until 2012. Between 2012 and 2015, he was the deputy head of the Tashkent Main Directorate of Internal Affairs. In 2015, he became the head of the Namangan Regional Directorate of Internal Affairs, and later headed the Khorezm Regional Directorate of Internal Affairs until 2017.
From 2017 to 2018, Jurayev served as the Acting Minister of Emergency Situations. Then, from February 2018 to March 2020, he held the post of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Head of the Tashkent Main Directorate of Internal Affairs. After that, he was appointed Commander of the National Guard, a position he held until January 2026, when he became the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.

Due to receiving a new position, Tahirjon Bahodirovich Safarov was relieved of his previous duties as head of the sector of the Department of Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis of the President's Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Previously, the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, appointed Sardor Umurzakov to the position of Director of the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms.
