The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) had previously forecasted the formation of convective clouds over the eastern regions of the country, which could bring rain. In the afternoon on Monday, the meteorological department issued yellow and orange warnings for the areas of Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, and Ras Al Khaimah, advising the public to be prepared for possible hazardous weather phenomena when going outdoors.
Additionally, NCM issued a hail warning, urging residents to closely follow official instructions. Videos published by the Storm Center account show the fall of hail and rain in the Masafih region, located east of the country. The NCM's warning about convective clouds and rain is valid until 19:00 UAE time.
NCM recommended that the population observe several precautions during such weather events. Caution should be exercised while driving in rainy conditions, and one should avoid areas prone to flash floods and accumulated rainwater. It is also advisable to stay away from open or elevated places in case of thunderstorms and lightning. It is important to remain vigilant regarding downdrafts, which can lead to the weakening of objects and reduced horizontal visibility.
During the summer, the UAE periodically experiences humid weather; the last such day was July 15, when moderate or heavy rainfall was recorded in Al Ain, which is unusual for the hot season. Weather experts anticipate an increase in rainfall in autumn due to the El Niño climate phenomenon. Ahmed Habib, an NCM meteorologist, told Khaleej Times that the influence of El Niño will be felt in the UAE in October and November, with its impact varying depending on the region. Instead of increasing temperatures, as happens in other parts of the world, El Niño is likely to increase atmospheric humidity, which may promote cloud formation and raise the probability of rainfall.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), temperatures will remain extremely high. In inland areas, readings are expected to reach from 44°C to 49°C, while in coastal and island zones, maximum values will be from 40°C to 45°C. In mountainous regions, the predicted range for maximum temperatures is from 33°C to 38°C.
At night, temperatures in inland areas are forecast to fluctuate between 26°C and 31°C, along the coast between 29°C and 33°C, and in the mountains between 25°C and 30°C. The wind will be light to moderate, blowing from southeast to northwest at a speed of 10–25 km/h, with gusts potentially reaching 35 km/h.
Humidity is expected to reach 65–85% in coastal and island zones, 50–70% in inland areas, and 65–85% in mountains, especially at night and early morning. Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman will remain minor.
