Casa da Mel, a project developed by Francisco Lang Arquitetura, is located in the municipality of Cavalcante, in the heart of Chapada dos Veadeiros. The residence was conceived amidst the preserved Cerrado biome and offers a panoramic view of the Santana mountain range.
The emergence of this architectural project was directly linked to the pregnancy of the architect's own daughter. Casa da Mel was specifically planned to welcome the family with the birth of the child, named Mel.
The Veredas Apartment project, developed by the design team and signed by architects Marcus Novais and Lucas Novais from Novais Arquitetura, was conceived to reflect the trajectory and lifestyle of its future residents.
This apartment has a total area of 203 m² and is located on Avenida Beira-Mar, in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará.
The design was specifically conceived to incorporate the history and lifestyle of Cyro Thomaz, who is an entrepreneur and triathlete, Lia Quinderé, who works as a pastry chef, one of the couple's children, and also the dog Tobias.
