From January to May 2026, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced chemical products totaling 19.7 trillion soms.
Production Dynamics
According to the National Statistical Committee data, the production volume increased by 4.7% compared to the same period in 2025.
Regional Leaders
The Navoi region recorded the largest volume of chemical production, with total output reaching 5.4 trillion soms. The second place was held by the Karakalpakstan Republic with production amounting to 3.6 trillion soms, and the Tashkent region showed a result of 2.9 trillion soms.
Production in Other Regions
Chemical production in the Kashkadarya region amounted to 2.6 trillion soms, while in the city of Tashkent it reached 2 trillion soms. The Fergana region produced 1.9 trillion soms.
Volume in Other Regions
In the remaining regions, production was distributed as follows: Andijan region — 362.2 billion soms, Samarkand region — 341 billion soms, Bukhara region — 239.9 billion soms, Namangan region — 209.3 billion soms, and Jizzakh region — 130.9 billion soms. Additionally, the Khorezm region provided output at the level of 36.2 billion soms, Syrdarya region — 17.7 billion soms, and Sokhondaryo region — 12.3 billion soms.
