Working with public appeals, studying citizens' problems on-site, and finding targeted solutions have become one of the key directions of state policy in the country. As part of the nationwide program 'With the People,' implemented by the O'zLiDeP initiative, the mobile reception points serve as an effective mechanism for open communication with the population and prompt resolution of appeals.
Mobile reception points organized in the cities and districts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan contribute to solving citizens' problems with the participation of responsible agencies, strengthening social support measures, and ensuring public consensus.
Representatives of structures such as the Executive Committee of the O'zLiDeP Political Council on Youth and Entrepreneurship, the Chairman of the Karakalpakstan Republic Council Sagindiq Turmanov, and the Mayor of Nukus Abatbay Daniyarov participated in the mobile reception point organized in the city of Nukus. Deputies of local councils, heads of state and public organizations, industry specialists, and representatives of relevant departments were present. Issues concerning communal services, employment, social protection, cadastre, taxes, subsidies, preferential loans, healthcare, and other socio-economic problems were discussed.
About a hundred citizens participated in the event. Nearly 70 appeals were reviewed, most of which found a solution on the spot. Clear tasks were assigned to responsible organizations for the remaining appeals, and their execution was placed under control.
Special attention was paid to supporting needy populations during the reception. In particular, a citizen with hearing impairments was issued a modern hearing aid, and a citizen with limited mobility was provided with an electronic wheelchair. Additionally, 10 needy families from the social registry facing issues related to drinking water were provided with water pumps and filters, which helped eliminate their difficulties in accessing clean drinking water.
Another example of humanity was demonstrated during the reception. Kamila Zarilqasynova from Nukus appealed regarding her son Orazgaliy Nagashpaev being accepted into a foreign higher education institution on a grant, but the family could not cover the travel expenses. After careful study of the appeal, financial assistance of 10 million sums was allocated to the family to support Orazgaliy's studies.
Special attention was also paid to employment and entrepreneurship support. As a result of the work, 6 citizens were employed full-time, and 10 citizens were engaged in seasonal work. Furthermore, 10 citizens were hired at the 'Muratbek mebel' enterprise under the leadership of activist and entrepreneur Murodbek Tangirbergenov, providing them with a stable source of income. Ten other citizens wishing to engage in self-employment were provided with the necessary tools and equipment corresponding to their chosen specialty. For example, master Eliuboy Ibadullaev from the village of 'Naquanbog' received a three-wheeled cargo motorcycle to provide transportation services to the population and expand his business.
In conclusion, a number of issues related to cadastre, social protection, improvement of village infrastructure, and other areas were considered with the participation of responsible structures and were mostly resolved on the spot.
Kharamon Quronboev, Chairman of the Neighborhoods Society of Uzbekistan and head of the republican working group on studying youth issues, held a meeting with young people in Samarkand, Samarkand region.
The working group conducts research in areas of activity to further improve the system of working with youth in neighborhoods, based on the instructions and tasks given by the head of state during his meeting with the country's youth this year.

Jumaqul Avezov, a hardworking and initiative-taking farm owner residing in the 'Tinchlik' mahalla of the Qorako'l district in Bukhara region, is an example of such people. He was able to effectively utilize the opportunities provided by the state and, with the help of a preferential bank loan, built a modern greenhouse, turning his land into a real source of income.
Currently, this greenhouse, using modern agricultural technologies, grows vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplants, bulgar squash, eggplants, and lovia. Because the cultivation is carried out according to a scientific approach and diligence, the yield increases year after year.
The most significant aspect is achieving three harvests within one year in the greenhouse. This allows for high economic benefit from a small plot of land, multiplies the family income, and provides local markets with fresh and high-quality vegetables throughout the year.
Part of the produced goods is used for the needs of the family itself, while the main part is distributed among the residents of the mahalla and neighbors. This simultaneously provides the population with affordable and quality products and strengthens the financial well-being of the farm by creating a stable source of income.
The results achieved by Jumaqul Avezov through hard work clearly prove that even a small plot can become a huge source of opportunities. His experience demonstrates the possibility of obtaining a rich harvest on a small area, successfully developing family business, and ensuring employment for the population by organizing gardening and greenhouse farming based on modern approaches.
Such exemplary farms not only feed their families but also actively promote the culture of efficient land use in the mahalla, becoming a source of inspiration and example for others. They prove that any opportunity can be turned into real success through labor, aspiration, and rational planning.
The opportunities provided by the state bear great fruit in the hands of a hardworking person. Jumaqul Avezov's greenhouse is a vivid confirmation of this. Achieving three harvests in one greenhouse per year is not just a success, but a testament to the effective combination of knowledge, labor, and created opportunities. Such proactive and dedicated people play an important role in the development of agriculture, improving the welfare of the population, and ensuring the country's food security, contributing to the development of New Uzbekistan.
At the initiative of the President, close attention is paid to the open communication of heads of state institutions with the people, a responsible approach to every appeal, and the effective use of digital technologies.
To ensure the fulfillment of these tasks, another field reception of the National Guard command was organized. Thanks to online video conferencing, citizens and servicemen from various regions of the country were able to take direct part in the reception and raise issues of social significance and concern.
The main advantage was the absence of the need for applicants to travel long distances. This contributed to saving time, preventing unnecessary expenses, and increasing the efficiency of interaction with the population. During the reception, every appeal was carefully studied, and specific assignments were given to responsible persons. Most issues were resolved on the spot, while appeals requiring further study were placed under strict control.

He emphasized that state institutions strive to find solutions to citizens' problems.
