In the construction industry, safety and reliability are considered the highest priorities. The entry of building materials onto the market that do not meet quality standards or technical requirements poses a direct threat to human life and the stability of buildings. To prevent such negative situations and protect consumer rights, constant research and state supervision measures in the field of technical regulation are conducted.

Inspection in Syrdarya

As part of a routine control measure, the Inspection conducted an audit at the 'VBV' MChZh enterprise in the Syrdary region. During this inspection, samples of products—periodically profiled reinforcing bars with diameters of 12 mm and 14 mm, class A400, manufactured by this enterprise—were taken. The samples underwent laboratory testing in accordance with the established procedure.

Discrepancies Identified

The test results showed that this product does not comply with the requirements of the technical regulation 'On the Safety of Metallurgical Products' and the technical specifications for 'Flat and Periodically Profiled Reinforcing Bars'. Due to the identified deficiencies, the Inspection employees took strict measures.

Measures Taken

The sale of reinforcing products that do not meet standard requirements was temporarily prohibited. Furthermore, appropriate actions were taken to dispose of the products that do not meet safety requirements, according to the established procedure.

Nigina Tolibovna Rakhmonova will defend her doctoral dissertation in philosophical sciences. The topic of the dissertation is titled 'Spiritual Stability: Content and Criteria for Strengthening Faith.'

The dissertation, dedicated to the topic 'Ma'naviy barqarorlik: mazmuni va mezonlari mustahkamlash imoniyatlari,' will be defended by Nigina Tolibovna Rakhmonova under specialty 09.00.04 – 'Social Philosophy.'
