To further improve the quality of prenatal care services for pregnant women in all cities and districts of the Syrdarya region, educational and practical events were organized.
During these events, the work process of medical institutions was analyzed, with special attention paid to strengthening the professional knowledge and practical skills of obstetricians-gynecologists, visiting nurses, and other medical personnel.
A delegation of specialists, led by Shakhlo Khojaeva, the head of the Republican Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Maternal and Child Health and its branch in the Syrdarya region, conducted visits during which the quality of prenatal care, the system of covering pregnant women with dispensary observation, compliance with clinical protocols, and general practical activities were comprehensively studied.
At the educational and practical sessions, medical workers were given practical recommendations on issues such as early detection of pregnancy, timely selection of women from high-risk groups, organization of effective dispensary observation, as well as continuous identification and elimination of high-risk factors. Furthermore, the effectiveness of medical record keeping and preventive work was assessed.
Shakhlo Khojaeva emphasized that the quality of prenatal care is crucial for protecting the health of both mother and child. She noted that by timely including every woman during pregnancy in medical observation, and by early detection and elimination of risk factors, various complications can be prevented. According to her, today's seminars help strengthen the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of medical staff, contributing to the organization of prenatal care based on unified standards. This, in turn, plays an important role in improving the quality of medical services in the region and consistently applying the principle of 'Healthy Mother – Healthy Child.'
Based on the findings of the inspections, relevant instructions and methodological recommendations regarding identified shortcomings were presented to the responsible parties. Within the educational and practical seminars and medical examinations conducted in the cities of Shirin and Yangier, as well as in the districts of Boyovut, Syrdaryo, Guliston, and Oqoltin, over 100 pregnant women and women of reproductive age were carefully examined by qualified obstetricians-gynecologists and other specialists from the branch of the Republican Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Maternal and Child Health in the Syrdarya region.
Women who were found to have serious health problems as a result of the medical examinations were referred to specialized medical institutions for further examination and treatment. Other pregnant women were given practical advice and necessary instructions on how to ensure a healthy pregnancy, eat properly, prevent risk factors, and undergo regular medical monitoring.
It is important to note that these events are not a one-time action. Educational and practical seminars and medical studies continue with the aim of further improving the quality of prenatal care in the region, ensuring high-quality medical supervision for pregnant women, and reliably protecting the health of mothers and children.
The first international forum of partner cities was organized in the city of Samarkand. This event was held with the assistance of the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for International Relations and Affairs of Citizens Abroad, the Alliance of Partner Cities, and the Khokimiyat of the Samarkand Region.
Representatives of ministries and departments of the country, employees of international organizations, local and foreign experts, heads of partner cities, as well as representatives of the business community and public organizations took part in the forum.

The forum includes an international scientific and practical conference, B2B and B2G meetings, presentations of investment projects, exhibitions, and ceremonies for signing cooperation agreements.
Cooperation between Uzbekistan and China in the field of education continues to strengthen, expanding into supporting talented youth and jointly implementing modern educational projects.

Extensive reforms are being implemented by the state to develop the digital economy in the country, transition public services to electronic format, and expand the online payment system. While this creates convenience for the population and entrepreneurs, it also necessitates strengthening the fight against cybercrime.
Cyber fraud committed through bank cards, mobile applications, and electronic platforms poses a serious threat to the financial security of citizens. Therefore, law enforcement agencies are implementing systematic measures to constantly detect and curb such crimes.
A case recorded in Karman District is a clear example of this. According to investigation data, unknown individuals sent a malicious APK application to a citizen, stealing their personal data. They then exploited the victim's registration on the 'E-auction' platform to illegally appropriate 230 million soums from their bank card.
Immediate rapid measures were taken regarding this case. As a result of practical measures organized during the comprehensive rapid prevention month of 'Safe and Healthy Country,' three individuals suspected of involvement in the crime were apprehended.
The investigation process revealed that their activities were even broader. According to initial information, these individuals turned 21 citizens across the Republic into victims of cyber fraud, illegally acquiring a total of 336 million soums. Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against them under Article 169 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Cybercrime Fight Department of the Navoi Region Internal Affairs Department is conducting the investigation.
