The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has launched the Tabby service, which allows clients to pay off debts owed to the ministry—including fees and fines—in installments over a period of four to twelve months. The maximum transaction amount is 20,000 dirhams.
This new service provides users with greater flexibility in fulfilling financial obligations through a simple and convenient digital payment process. Clients can use the Tabby service via MoHRE's digital channels by selecting the installment payment option according to approved procedures.
Mohammed Sakr Al Nuaimi, Assistant Deputy Minister of MoHRE for Support Services, noted that this service is part of the Ministry's efforts to develop its digital services, optimize processes, and provide solutions tailored to client needs. He added that this aligns with the UAE government's commitment to improving and enhancing the efficiency of public services.
The Tabby service complements the existing simple payment methods available to ministry clients, allowing them to pay administrative fines and fees in installments using credit cards issued by eight banks approved by MoHRE. These banks are Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Mashreq Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), Commercial International Bank (CIB), and RAKBANK.
These installment plans are implemented according to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institutions, offering the possibility of paying for up to 12 months without interest and without a maximum transaction limit, depending on the credit card limit.
