In our country's modern educational process, the importance of supporting and properly valuing the work of dedicated and knowledgeable teachers is growing. Special attention is paid to educators working in the field of special education, as they are responsible for the education and socialization of children with disabilities.
The regional stage of the competition 'Most Active Specialist in Special Education' was organized at School No. 3 in the city of Namangan. This competition is held among teachers working in inclusive classes of general education institutions.
According to Khayrullo Abdurakhmonov, Deputy Head of the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Namangan Region, and Lilia Gainutdinova, Director of the Republican Diagnostic Center, this event aims to stimulate talented teachers, popularize their best practices, and demonstrate professional skills. Through this competition, the creative abilities of educators, their innovative approaches, and their efforts to improve the quality of education are presented to the wider public.
Active, initiative, and leading teachers from 351 schools in the Namangan region participated in the regional stages of the competition. Fourteen people took part in the competition at the regional level. Participants were evaluated based on conditions such as a practical open correctional and developmental lesson, a presentation 'My Pedagogical Activity,' and a test on professional knowledge and competencies.
According to the final results of the competition, the winner was recognized as special educator Khursida Shamsiddinova from General Education School No. 23 in the Uychi district. The winner was given the opportunity to participate in the republican conference on the topic 'Development of Inclusive Education: Problems and Innovative Solutions,' which will take place in August of this year.
The recent visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Tashkent region has opened a new chapter in the region's development through established priority tasks. The decisions made during this visit are highly significant as they aim not only to increase the region's economic potential but also to improve the quality of life for the population, form modern infrastructure, and ensure innovative progress.

Improving transport infrastructure expands production and logistics capabilities, while the introduction of digital technologies serves as the basis for forming a new, high value-added economy.
During the meeting with regional figures, the President defined specific tasks to transform the Tashkent region into one of the country's centers for transport and logistics, industry, innovation, and digital technologies. The implementation of these tasks requires joint efforts and a responsible approach from state bodies, local Councils, political parties, and the public.
These goals are consistent with the programmatic concepts of O‘zLiDeP. The national program 'With the People' implemented by the party also contributes to solving public problems, supporting entrepreneurship, attracting investments, and comprehensively developing regions.
Therefore, systematic monitoring will be carried out through parliamentary oversight to guarantee the timely execution of each project, the effective use of budget funds, and service to citizens' interests. There is confidence that the initiated major infrastructure and innovation projects will further increase the investment attractiveness of the Tashkent region, create new production capacities, and thousands of jobs. Most importantly, these reforms lay the foundation for enhancing human value, ensuring the welfare of the population, and developing New Uzbekistan.

Another joyful event took place for the residents of the Mirzaobod district on the eve of the 35th anniversary of independence. Preschool Educational Institution No. 17, located in the village of Dekhkonobod, has been completely renovated and solemnly commissioned.
This project was implemented as part of fulfilling the President's decree of March 3, 2025, 'On measures for the active development of the social and production infrastructure of Syrdarya region,' and serves as a worthy gift to the population ahead of the Independence holiday.
Four billion 600 million sums were allocated for the implementation of this project. During the renovation work, both the exterior and interior parts of the institution were completely updated. Group and classroom rooms, dormitories, dining hall, sanitary facilities, engineering and communication networks were modernized, and the territory was equipped in accordance with modern requirements. The institution was also provided with modern furniture, educational and upbringing aids, and necessary equipment.
The official opening ceremony was attended by the head of the Mirzaobod district, Abdurakhim Umarov, industry employees, public figures, parents, and village activists. At the event, it was emphasized that developing the preschool education system, strengthening its material and technical base, and creating a favorable environment for every child are among the stable directions of state policy in the country.
All conditions for the harmonious and full development of pupils have been created in the renovated institution. Bright and spacious group rooms, clean dormitories, a modern dining hall, rooms for music and physical education classes, safe playgrounds, and an improved territory contribute to the quality education and upbringing of young children.
Currently, the coverage of preschool education in the Mirzaobod district exceeds 86.9 percent. This indicator is a vivid testament to the effectiveness of reforms being carried out in this area, as well as efforts to modernize educational institutions and create new infrastructure.
The fight against corruption, ensuring legality and transparency in public services, as well as taking measures against abuse of official authority, has become one of the priority areas of state policy in the country. Consistent and prompt actions by law enforcement agencies in this area contribute not only to crime prevention but also to strengthening public trust in state institutions.
During a recent operational event, law enforcement officers detained an employee of the Investment and Foreign Trade Department of the Zhizkh region. The detention occurred while he was receiving the remaining 900 US dollars out of the required 1000 US dollars for the allocation of a land plot.
According to preliminary information, this amount was demanded in exchange for a promise to assist in allocating land for an elite commercial and industrial object, utilizing connections within the power system.
Checks are currently being conducted regarding this incident. It is emphasized that all such cases will be legally assessed in accordance with established legal procedures.
Such situations once again remind us that official powers are not a source of personal gain, but rather a responsibility to the people. Retail trade and any corrupt crimes not only violate the law but also cause serious damage to the openness of public administration, the principles of justice, and societal development. There is a saying among our people: 'What is obtained dishonestly leads to dishonesty.'
The country's anti-corruption system is constantly being improved. The adopted legal documents are aimed at further strengthening the principles of honesty, openness, and accountability in public service. In particular, the Presidential Decree adopted on April 21, 2025, 'On Measures for the Effective Organization of Priority Tasks for Improving the Anti-Corruption System,' aims to strengthen preventive measures, introduce effective mechanisms to counteract the use of official powers for personal gain, and form an absolutely zero-tolerance environment for corruption.
In a society where the rule of law is guaranteed, no offense will go unpunished. Ensuring the legal assessment of every illegal action and determining the responsibility of the guilty parties is one of the most important factors in increasing the effectiveness of the fight against corruption, creating an atmosphere of honesty in public service, and strengthening public trust.
