The program is structured around two main stages of professional training. The first stage is an intensive four-week training camp, which involved 62 individuals from a pool of over 500 applicants. During this month, participants will undergo practical workshops on scriptwriting, storytelling, photography, editing, publishing strategies, platform management, and data analysis. The curriculum combines values, family, and social knowledge with advanced digital skills.
After completing the first phase, the 13 most outstanding participants will be selected to move to the second stage—a seven-month incubation program. In this extended phase, experts from the Academy of New Media will provide individual mentorship. Participants will receive direct support in content production and creative guidance to form a unique digital identity and a comprehensive content strategy that will be implemented according to a clear schedule.
To ensure a wide range of perspectives, the program employs an inclusive approach to selection. The participants include a broad spectrum of talents—from novice to experienced content creators, with an emphasis on social issues. The cohort includes mothers and fathers sharing everyday family realities, as well as youth developing contemporary content for their peers.
