The Nobis Palma Hotel represents a rehabilitation and adaptive reuse project of Can Oliver, a historic palace located in the old central area of Palma de Mallorca.
Inverted Design Concept
Instead of modifying the building's structure to meet the operational needs of a hotel, the fundamental principle of this project was to adopt the opposite approach: allowing the hotel itself to adapt to the existing architecture. This methodology not only served as the primary source of inspiration for the entire undertaking but also guided every design choice made during the process.
