Within the territory of the Sirdaryo thermal power plant, work on landscaping is being carried out as part of the nationwide 'Yashil Maqon' project, demonstrating practical effectiveness. An area of 1.7 hectares, which remained without trees for some time, has today been transformed into a picturesque green zone with young fruit trees.
As part of this project, 7700 seedlings were planted in this area. This involved clearing the land and carrying out agrotechnical measures. An irrigation system was created to ensure stable growth and care for the seedlings by supplying canal water through pumps.
Today, this place serves not only as a nursery but also as an example of rational land use. Watermelons, melons, tomatoes, eggplants, beans, bulgur, and hot peppers, as well as lobia, are grown in the areas between the trees. This shows the possibility of obtaining additional crops through the efficient use of every unit of land.
According to specialists, expanding green zones is important for improving the ecological situation in industrial areas. Trees positively affect air purity, moderate the microclimate in summer, reduce dust, and contribute to creating more comfortable working conditions for employees.
The Chief Engineer of the Sirdaryo thermal power plant, Rakhmonali Yusupov, noted that for them, 'Yashil Maqon' is not a one-time event but a constant obligation. He emphasized that every planted seedling is a wealth created for the future, and the transformation of treeless areas into green zones is the result of the joint labor of the entire team. The main focus is now on preserving every planted tree and further expanding the nursery areas.
The nationwide 'Yashil Maqon' project, implemented at the initiative of the President, pays special attention to ensuring the country's ecological sustainability, expanding green zones, and strengthening environmental protection. The experience gained at the Sirdaryo thermal power plant is another bright confirmation of the realization of these noble goals.

The statute of limitations is defined as the period established by law for protecting human rights through the court. However, there are certain requirements that are not limited by the statute of limitations, allowing one to appeal to the court at any time.
According to Imomali Tuev, an employee of Tashkent State Law University, the requirements that are not subject to the statute of limitations include the protection of personal property rights and intangible assets. These include honor, dignity, privacy, as well as name and surname.
A citizen's right to demand the return of their own funds from bank deposits or receive compensation from a deposit guarantee agency is not dependent on time. Furthermore, in case of harm to a citizen's health or life, even if the appeal to the court is delayed, compensation will be paid for the last three years.

The author emphasizes that the passage of time does not mean the loss of rights. If the issue falls into the categories mentioned above, it should be considered that the possibility of protecting one's rights remains, despite the expiration of the statute of limitations. The basis for these provisions is Article 163 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
