The Floral Umbral Pavilion, developed by the Cerron Arquitectos team, was designed with the objective of revitalizing the main access path to the CASACOR Peru 2026 event.
This pavilion is located at the Jockey Club del Perú and serves to convert a simple circulation area into a series of open and public spaces. The concept of the proposal aims to transform the access into a true architectural experience.
Thus, the route ceases to be merely a point of passage and begins to function as a transition zone between the urban environment, the surrounding nature, and the experience that will be offered at the exhibition.
The Casa Hotelito / FIVE OH FIVE building was designed in the 1930s by architect Domingo Pisaca y Burgada. Its architecture combines elements of modernism with eclecticism.
This structure integrates a complex composed of ten villas, which were popularly referred to as 'hotelitos'. The presence of these 'hotelitos' was decisive for a large part of the neighborhood to receive the title of Cultural Interest Asset, classified as a Historical Complex, specifically in the district named Los Hoteles–Pino de Oro.
The Yanlord Arcadia project was developed on the premise of being a 'Garden within Gardens,' using a succession of thematic scenarios to establish continuous communication between natural elements, architectural structure, and residents' routine.
As an introduction to the community environment, the Lacy Steps project functions as a link connecting the main lobby, residential towers, and the social club. This transit area has been transformed into an inviting place for social gatherings.
