The joint-stock company Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari has launched the E-dalolatnoma information system. This system is designed for the digital registration of official acts concerning identified violations of electricity consumption rules.
The new platform enables the conversion of documents obtained during inspections and controls into electronic format. This is expected to increase the speed, accuracy, and transparency of the company's auditing activities.
Thanks to the implementation of this system, paper documentation for issuing relevant compliance acts will gradually decrease. The main workflows will be managed through a single digital platform.
The company noted that using E-dalolatnoma will help reduce the impact of human error in document preparation, increase data reliability, and minimize corruption risks during inspection events. The system's introduction is also intended to improve the efficiency of processes related to monitoring compliance with electricity usage standards.
A new system, 'E-lom', designed to monitor the circulation of black metal, is being launched in Uzbekistan. This platform will allow for real-time tracking of product movement and maintain a digital passport reflecting the composition and origin of the goods.
According to information from the presidential press service, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting dedicated to key tasks for advancing the ferrous metallurgy industry into a new phase. It was noted that despite 700 thousand tons of black metal scrap entering the plant annually across the republic, another 500 thousand tons remains in illegal circulation.
In this regard, the electronic platform 'E-lom' will be launched on August 1st, through which all processes related to the circulation of black metal will be monitored in real time. Furthermore, the Government will establish a special project office to ensure healthy competition and price stability in the industry. This office will conduct daily analysis of the metal market, studying both supply and demand for raw materials and finished products.
A digital passport will be introduced, recording the quality, origin, as well as the physical and chemical composition of the products. To ensure stable supply of raw materials to private enterprises, a separate company will be established to centrally purchase metal raw materials from abroad. Two hundred million dollars have been allocated to this company, and imported raw materials will be sold exclusively through the exchange.
The Bekobod Metallurgy Plant announced its intention to acquire the Temirkon mine, which possesses iron ore reserves of 32 million tons in the Forish district, with the aim of expanding its raw material base. The President issued an instruction to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of this project.
The government of Uzbekistan has approved a resolution concerning measures for the effective organization of digitalization of markets and shopping centers, as well as the prevention of internal corruption. According to this document, a unified digital platform for markets called E-bozor will be created, which will become part of the Soliq information systems complex.
The E-bozor platform is planned to begin pilot testing on October 1 of this year, with full implementation into industrial operation scheduled for March 1, 2027.
The E-bozor platform will contain profiles of each market and trade complex, providing information about their location, as well as data on available commercial premises and trading spots. Users will be able to obtain information about the activities of markets and complexes, send electronic requests to their administrations, and receive responses electronically.
The Tax Committee has been appointed as the operator of the platform. It is responsible for the continuous improvement of E-bozor's functional capabilities to reduce the level of corruption and decrease the scale of the shadow economy. The resolution also provides for the appointment of tax authority employees to work with each market and trade complex. The effectiveness of their work will be analyzed daily, and the accuracy of daily revenue data will be under constant on-site control.
Furthermore, parking zones located on the territories of markets and trade complexes, as well as in adjacent areas, will gain the ability to pay for services using a single QR code. Measures will be taken for enterprises operating in these areas to ensure full access to online cash registers or the installation of QR codes for accepting cashless payments.
Starting from August 1 of this year, permission to remove vehicles from specialized impound lots will be issued exclusively through the Jarima maydonchasi information system. This permit will be verified by a QR code from the authorized body reviewing the administrative case and the law enforcement agency, after which it will be transferred in electronic format.
