Discussion at the Regional Forum
According to Belarusian media, the negotiations took place within the framework of the III Forum of Regions of Belarus and Uzbekistan. Maxim Maksimovich, Deputy General Director of JSC Integral for Development and Production Preparation, noted that this forum served as an effective platform for developing interaction between enterprises of the two countries.
Prospects in Medicine
He emphasized that one of the most promising areas for cooperation is the production of medical equipment by the Belarusian enterprise. Maxim Maksimovich stated that high-quality medical equipment is one of the activities of JSC Integral that may interest partners from Uzbekistan, and this area is currently a priority for the company's development.
He also highlighted that significant attention is paid to improving the healthcare system in Belarus, which has contributed to the expansion of modern medical equipment production. Currently, the enterprise produces a wide range of products, including hospital beds, patient monitors, ventilators, blood pressure monitors, and thermometers. A company representative reported that the products are distinguished by high quality and reliability, being in demand in both domestic and foreign markets.
Future Steps in Cooperation
The parties are considering organizing joint production of medical equipment as one of the promising areas of partnership. Maxim Maksimovich reported that the Uzbek partners were familiarized with the enterprise's production capabilities, and technologies and products were presented. Instructions regarding the further development of potential areas of interaction were received after the visit. During the visit, a presentation of production facilities, technological processes, and manufactured products was organized for members of the Uzbek delegation. These negotiations represent another step in expanding industrial cooperation between Belarus and Uzbekistan.
