Among them is the billing system 'Mening uyim' ('My Home'), which allows citizens to pay for utility services remotely, view reports from management structures, submit requests, and monitor their execution.
Additionally, a Special Situational Center was introduced, providing quick access to detailed information about the condition of any apartment building. Other modern platforms are also being implemented, such as 'Turar joy' ('Housing'), 'Xavfsiz lift' ('Safe Elevator'), and 'HotEnergy', which bring housing fund management, elevator safety assurance, and the heating supply system in line with the latest standards.

However, for the full utilization of these opportunities, monitoring the functioning of the platforms, and protecting citizens' rights, an active role from both parliament and society is necessary.
