During another personal reception at the People's Reception of the Syrdarya region, appeals from citizens concerning housing and communal services, employment, social protection, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and land relations were reviewed. Each issue was discussed with the participation of responsible persons, and necessary measures for its resolution were determined.
Resolving Residents' Issues
For example, Fatima Kurbonova, a resident of the 'Taraqqiyot' quarter in the city of Guliston, reported a problem with a non-functional elevator in an apartment building, which created difficulties for elderly people and sick individuals living on upper floors. This issue was immediately handed over for control, and the city administration, together with those responsible for communal services, was tasked with repairing and commissioning the elevator as soon as possible.
Social Support and Business
Holmurod Nazarov from the Syrdarya district appealed for employment, allocation of social assistance for a child with a first-group disability, and help with his daughter's treatment. A decision was made regarding the adoption of necessary practical measures by responsible representatives of the Department of Health and the regional office of the National Social Protection Agency based on this appeal.
Furthermore, entrepreneurs' appeals were discussed in detail. Asrorbek Khujabayev, an entrepreneur from the Sardobas district, raised an issue related to the reclassification of his building. Responsible persons were instructed to study this matter on legal grounds and submit a corresponding conclusion within seven days.
General Results of the Reception
Other requests concerning housing, land relations, social benefits, employment, and communal services were also considered. Some issues were resolved during the reception itself by providing legal clarifications, while for other appeals requiring further study, responsible persons were instructed to provide proposals and conclusions within fifteen days.
It is important to note that no appeal was closed with a formal refusal. For every problem, responsible persons were assigned and practical actions were planned. This emphasizes that citizens' trust in state bodies is strengthened not by promises, but by solved problems, and this personal reception in Syrdarya served as a practical confirmation of this principle, as appeals were directed not just for registration, but for finding solutions, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring their execution.
