Remoakantse Holdings announced that Brandy will perform in Cape Town and Pretoria in December. The artist herself expressed joy about the upcoming visit, noting that she greatly values the support of her fans from South Africa, and promised an incredible show.
Fans wishing to see the performance at Grand Arena, GrandWest, Cape Town, can expect ticket prices ranging from R1450 to R1950. For the concert at SunBet Arena, Time Square, Pretoria, the price will be from R950 to R2850. High demand for the Pretoria show has led to a queue for ticket purchases on the Webtickets platform.

Christopher Nolan's new film premieres on Thursday (the 16th). A special technology was developed that made it possible to shoot this film in IMAX format.
The IMAX system appeared in 1970 and provides very high-resolution images. It uses 70mm film, which is twice the size of the standard (35mm). This allows films to be shown on large, curved, and square screens that are more immersive than traditional rectangular ones.
The main problem with IMAX cameras was that they generate significant noise when operating with such large formats, which always hindered dialogue recording. Because of this, the cameras were previously used mainly for nature documentaries and action scenes.
IMAX developed new cameras and a device called a 'blimp'—a 120 kg box that dampens equipment sound. Although this solution works, it obscures the view of the actors. To allow actors to see each other during filming, mirrors were installed inside the 'blimp.'
Thanks to the 'blimp' and 'rétroviseur' mirrors, Nolan was able to shoot the nearly three-hour film 'Odyssey' in 70mm format. This is the first time a feature-length fictional film has been shot entirely specifically for IMAX. The total amount of film used during the shoot was 609 thousand meters, and the cost of these shoots reached 3 million US dollars.

The Soup and Slice festivals will complete the offerings, featuring over ten types of broths, such as canja and cassava cream, catering to vegan and vegetarian options. The fair will also include typical Junina festival delicacies, such as pamonha and curau. The cultural agenda includes musical shows and quadrilha performances starting at 12 pm. The children's area will have activities starting from R$ 25, with access to rides costing R$ 50. On Sunday at 4 pm, the public can watch the World Cup final on the large screen.
On Saturday (18th), the program begins at 12 pm with Lampião and Maria Bonita, followed by Trio Carito at 12:30 pm. At 4 pm, there will be José Di Zé, and at 5:30 pm, the São Pedro Quadrilha. Later, Joanah Flor will perform at 6:30 pm, and the day will conclude with the Elegance Quadrilha at 8:15 pm.
