On September 21, 2026, the Central Asia Microfinance Forum will take place in Almaty—a major industry event dedicated to the prospects of the microfinance market in the region.
Venue and Participants
The event will be held at the prestigious The Ritz-Carlton Almaty and will gather between 350 and 400 industry representatives from more than five Central Asian countries. Invited attendees are expected to include leaders and owners of Microfinance Organizations (MFOs), commercial banks, payment organizations, fintech companies, investors, development funds, regulatory bodies, international financial institutions, scoring and anti-fraud platforms, as well as law and consulting firms.
