Korzinka Company Wins Auction for Lease of 36 Plots to Build Paid Parking Lots in Tashkent

The winner offered a sum of 20.948 billion soms for one plot and has already made the payment. The next step will be signing an agreement with the project client.

Partnership and Territory Conditions

The municipal company Tashkent Invest put these plots up for auction in June 2026. The total area of the transferred territories is 3.99 hectares. These plots are located in ten districts of the capital and are being leased to a private partner under the public-private partnership mechanism for a period of ten years.

According to the project terms, modern paid parking lots equipped with artificial intelligence-based video surveillance systems, LED screens to display the number of available spots, payment terminals, and an information system integrated with the city's paid parking system must be built in these locations.

Financial and Operational Aspects

The project allows for payment via terminals, bank cards, and electronic payment services. The minimum parking fee is set at 10,000 soms per hour. A loyalty program for regular users is also planned.

The state partner, Tashkent Invest, will receive at least 10% of the revenue from the parking operations, and another 5% will be directed to the paid parking system operator. All projects for organizing parking spaces must be approved by the Tashkent Road Traffic Organization Center. Only light, non-permanent structures are permitted on the allocated plots.

The minimum volume of private investment in the project implementation is set at 10.85 billion soms. According to the auction documentation, all 36 plots are located near existing Korzinka supermarket branches in the districts of Almazar, Mirabad, Mirzo-Ulugbek, Sergeli, Uchtepa, Chilanzar, Shayxantahur, Yunusabad, Yakkasaray, and Yashnabad of Tashkent.

Infrastructure Development Goal

The creation of this parking network is part of a broader project to develop the paid roadside parking system in the capital, aiming for centralized management of parking spaces using digital technologies.
