Additionally, in the village of Zhaslik in the Kongirotsky district, citizen A.A., who lives in the center, bought an 80-liter 'Royal' water heater for 1 million 392 thousand soums at a store located in the district center. The water heater turned out to be faulty, and the store employees refused either to replace the item or refund the money. The citizen appealed to the 'Hotline' of the Consumer Rights Protection Society of the Kongirotsky district.

Restoration of Consumer Rights

Society specialists conducted explanatory work with store owners within the legal framework. Ultimately, the citizen was given a new water heater in the same center, and the consumer's right was restored.
