Casa NB01, designed by TNT Architecture, is located on a complex residential lot in the city of Ninh Binh, Vietnam. This site featured several pre-existing constructions that had undergone numerous expansions and modifications over many years.
Site Challenges
These successive additions created a fragmented and disorganized scenario, which prevented the space from adequately meeting the daily demands of the resident family. Furthermore, the land faced considerable environmental stresses.
