Mkize recalled stressful delays when he thought he would have to send a dreaded letter. But just hours before departure, the approved visas finally arrived, requiring last-minute urgent organization. Upon arriving in Belgrade past midnight, the problems did not cease: one suitcase went missing. Nevertheless, Smith and Scholz remained calm and confidently presented their presentation.
