The enterprise produces various types of finished knitted clothing for women, men, and children, including T-shirts, tank tops, pajamas, underwear, vests, sweaters, pullovers, and other items. The majority of the products are destined for export, with the Russian Federation being the largest buyer. Additionally, goods are delivered to foreign consumers through e-commerce platforms. Raw Material Base and Equipment
Locally sourced raw materials are predominantly used in production: 80–85% of the raw materials are purchased from local producers, while the remainder is imported from China. Production processes are carried out using the latest sewing equipment. Most of the modern sewing equipment was imported from China, while the rest came from Turkey and Taiwan, which helps ensure high productivity and product quality.

Eight specialists from Turkey have been hired to further improve product quality and enhance the skills of local personnel at the enterprise. They provide practical assistance to workers in effectively using modern technologies, producing new models, strengthening quality control, and increasing production efficiency.
Representatives of the Syrdarya Regional Customs Administration are also present at the enterprise, providing explanations and practical recommendations to participants in foreign economic activities regarding opportunities, customs regimes used in exports, and their advantages.
Goals and Participants' Views
Ish Boshqaruvchi Utkir Nishonov stated that the company's main focus is on producing quality products, increasing export volume, and creating new jobs. He emphasized that thanks to modern technologies, the experience of foreign specialists, and the efforts of the workforce, the company holds a respectable position in foreign markets. Plans include increasing the staff to 2 thousand people and doubling the export volume.
Turkish specialist Asia Parakos, who has been working at Chelebi Textile for two years, noted that local specialists are hardworking, responsible, and quickly master modern technologies. She believes that the high standard of quality in the production process is reflected in the products and is a result of economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Turkey.
Corporate employee Abdulla Boltayev, who has worked at the company for over five years, shared that he has learned a lot during this time. Currently, he is involved in preparing fabrics for cutting and sewing based on projects submitted by design clients. He noted that all necessary conditions have been created for him to work and improve his professional skills.
