During the competition, Uzbek track and field athletes won 10 medals, including five gold, four silver, and one bronze. On the final day of the tournament, the team added two gold medals and one bronze medal to its count.
Amir Nagaev became an Asian champion after winning the high jump, and Sharifa Davronova won the triple jump. Ugiloy Norboeva won a bronze medal in heptathlon.
According to the final results of the championship, the Uzbekistan team was only surpassed in the team standings by the teams from China and Japan.
Johnbibi Khukmova also won gold medals for the national team, having won the 400 and 800-meter races, as well as Valeriya Gorbatova, who took first place in the high jump.

The national team of Uzbekistan in Greco-Roman wrestling secured third place in the overall standings at the Asian Junior Wrestling Championship, which is being held in Pattaya, Thailand.
By the end of the competition, Uzbek wrestlers won eight medals: two gold, two silver, and four bronze. On the last day of the competition, representatives of Uzbekistan added five more awards to the team.
Ogabek Mukimov became the Asian champion in the under 67 kg category, and Dostombek Oripov won a silver medal in the under 60 kg division. Among the team's bronze medalists were Bekhruzbek Valiev (under 72 kg), Bekmurod Rustamov (under 82 kg), and Fakhrikamol Komiljonov (under 97 kg).

Ogabek Askaraliev won the gold medal in the under 77 kilograms weight category. Additionally, Otabek Tursunov received the silver medal in the under 55 kilograms category, and Kuvonchbek Ismailov earned the bronze medal in the under 63 kilograms weight class.
