While this creates convenience for the population and entrepreneurs, it also necessitates strengthening the fight against cybercrime.
Cyber fraud committed through bank cards, mobile applications, and electronic platforms poses a serious threat to the financial security of citizens. Therefore, law enforcement agencies are implementing systematic measures to constantly detect and curb such crimes.
A case recorded in Karman District is a clear example of this. According to investigation data, unknown individuals sent a malicious APK application to a citizen, stealing their personal data. They then exploited the victim's registration on the 'E-auction' platform to illegally appropriate 230 million soums from their bank card.
Immediate rapid measures were taken regarding this case. As a result of practical measures organized during the comprehensive rapid prevention month of 'Safe and Healthy Country,' three individuals suspected of involvement in the crime were apprehended.
The investigation process revealed that their activities were even broader. According to initial information, these individuals turned 21 citizens across the Republic into victims of cyber fraud, illegally acquiring a total of 336 million soums. Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against them under Article 169 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Cybercrime Fight Department of the Navoi Region Internal Affairs Department is conducting the investigation.

Currently, the Phytosanitary and Plant Protection Department of Tashkent city is conducting comprehensive monitoring and control measures in all 12 districts of the capital as part of the 'Dolzarb 30 Days' campaign. Field reception sessions continue in the Samarkand region as part of the nationwide program of the Uzbek Liberal Democratic Party 'With the People' with the aim of studying residents' problems and finding prompt solutions.
The next reception was organized in Toilok with the participation of the local district administration and the People's Reception. Residents addressed the Chairman of the Samarkand Regional Council of UzLiDeP Ilhom Botirov, the head of the Toilok district Behzod Rahmatullaev, and deputies of local councils.
During the reception, about 50 issues were raised concerning topics such as water supply, electricity, internal road repair, cadastre, employment, social support, medical care, and housing issues. Measures were determined for the positive resolution of these problems.

The district administration resolved this issue positively and assigned the task to the power grid enterprise, which will be carried out shortly.
Abdukhamid Zokirov, an activist from the Kushchinor microdistrict, noted that the capacity of the school and kindergarten in their area does not meet the needs of the population, and they proposed building additional buildings. This issue was studied and included in the plan.
During the reception, every appeal was directed to the relevant organizations, and its execution was monitored. Citizens were given legal clarifications on some issues. Similar field receptions also took place in the Jomboy district.
