The main rules and rights for applicants participating in entrance exams to state higher education institutions have been established in Uzbekistan. Organizers emphasize that any violation of the established procedure or errors in filling out documents may lead to the annulment of test results.
Applicants are provided with the option to replace the test booklet if a technical defect or flaw is found. To arrange such a replacement, they must immediately contact the supervisor in the classroom. Participants are also allowed to use the test book as a draft and to have approved auxiliary materials with them, including a pen and drinking water.
Special attention is paid to the completion of the answer sheet, which serves as the sole basis for calculating scores. This sheet may only be filled out using a blue ballpoint pen. It is strictly forbidden to fold, damage, color over the circles under the sheet numbers, or make any extraneous markings in the area of the scanning lines. If an error is found in the test questions themselves, the applicant must record this fact on a special form corresponding to the established sample.
Applicants have the right to finish the testing earlier and leave the examination premises after submitting the test booklet and answer sheet to the supervisor. After the final results are announced, participants retain the right to file an appeal if they disagree with the assigned scores.
The Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications warned about actions in case of health problems. If an applicant feels unwell during the exam and is removed by emergency medical services, or if they decide to leave the classroom due to deteriorating health, their final score will be calculated only based on the answers filled out up to the moment of the incident. The rules do not provide for the possibility of retaking the exam on another day or within a reserve time frame for such participants.
