According to the latest annual report, the compensation of DLF Ltd Chairman, Rajiv Singh, has increased by 20 percent, reaching ₹44.06 crore in the last fiscal year, attributed to the company's improved financial performance.
Executive Compensation Details
As per the list of remuneration paid or payable to directors and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) for the period 2025-26, the Chairman and Managing Director of DLF received a compensation of ₹44.06 crore for the last fiscal year, compared to ₹36.65 crore in 2024-25. Of the total compensation for the DLF Chairman, ₹41.74 crore was received as commissions.
An increase in the salary of DLF managing directors was also noted. Managing Director Ashok Kumar Tyagi received a compensation of ₹15.30 crore for 2025-26, which is 8 percent more than ₹14.16 crore the previous year; of this amount, ₹5.45 crore constituted commissions. The compensation of Managing Director Devinder Singh increased by 24 percent to ₹17.52 crore in the last fiscal year compared to ₹14.16 crore in 2024-25. Tyagi and Devinder Singh became managing directors on August 4, 2023.
Financial Results and Outlook
DLF, India's largest real estate firm by market capitalization, stated in its annual report that compensation is paid in the form of fixed basic salary and allowances, annual performance bonus, commissions, as well as pension and other benefits and reimbursements. The company added that performance-based bonuses/commissions depend on individual effectiveness and/or qualitative and quantitative assessment of the company's results.
In his address to shareholders, the DLF Chairman noted that the company has played a key role in transforming the urban landscape of India by creating world-class properties in major cities. He added: 'Thanks to a strong legacy, sound management, and institutional strength, DLF is well-positioned for the next phase of growth.' Singh also stated that the company sees significant opportunities in a stable and growing India. He emphasized that India, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has overcome global challenges while maintaining strong macroeconomic fundamentals.
DLF's Operations
In May, DLF Ltd reported a slight increase in consolidated profit to ₹4,414.68 crore in the 2026 fiscal year compared to ₹4,366.82 crore in the previous fiscal year. The company's total revenue grew to ₹9,816.04 crore in the 2026 fiscal year from ₹8,995.89 crore the year before. From an operational standpoint, DLF sales bookings decreased by 5 percent to ₹20,143 crore in the last fiscal year compared to a record ₹21,223 crore in 2024-25.
DLF's core business involves the development and sale of residential real estate (development business), as well as the development and leasing of commercial and retail real estate (annuity business). The group has developed over 185 real estate projects spanning more than 352 million square feet, and the group's development potential stands at 280 million square feet in the residential and commercial segments, including current projects.
