Graduates of the University of Construction Received Diplomas from the Technical University

At Urganch State University, named after Abu Raihon Beruniy, professional (creative) exams for bachelor's degree specialties requiring special abilities are continuing for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Exam Schedule and Fields

According to Marhabo Ahmedova, head of the Information Department of UrDU, the professional (creative) exams will take place according to the approved schedule from July 8 to July 17. The exams are organized according to the approved timetable for fields such as 'Choreography,' 'Vocal Art,' 'Painting,' 'Applied Art,' 'Architecture,' and 'Sports Activity.'

Goals of the Tests

The main goal of these professional (creative) exams is to determine the potential of applicants in the specialties they have chosen, as well as to assess their level of knowledge, qualifications, creative, and physical abilities.

Ensuring Process Transparency

To guarantee a fair, open, and transparent examination process, an online monitoring system was launched via the website live.urdu.uz. Additionally, Urganch State University has created special rest and cooling zones for parents and relatives accompanying children taking the exams to provide moral support.

Conditions for Accompanying Persons

Shirin Bakiyeva shared her experience, mentioning that her daughter is preparing for an exam in the 'Sports Activity' field in free boxing. She noted that sufficient conditions have been created for full observation of the process: designated observation areas are equipped with air conditioners and soft seating.

Control and Safety

The university department responsible for managing the 'Compliance – Anti-Corruption' system oversees that the creative exams are conducted fairly and transparently. Personnel from the IIB, National Guard, and medical staff have been engaged to ensure safety in the testing areas.

In order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks defined in Resolution No. 124, adopted under the leadership of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 30, 2026, extensive preparations were made for the high-quality execution of the traditional 'Zomin Seminar' for talented youth, which has been held since 1997.

Event Start in Zomin

Today, seminar participants were greeted solemnly at the center of Zomin district in an atmosphere of sincerity and high spirit, accompanied by the sounds of karnay and surna. A luncheon was organized for the guests as part of the traditional 'Meronshoh' events complex, where a sincere conversation took place.

Attendees at the Event

Mehribon Abdurakhmonova, head of the regional branch of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan for Jizzakh region; Alisher Abduganiev, head of Zomin district; Dilmurad Khudoyshukurov, deputy head of Jizzakh region, as well as local young creative workers, public representatives, and mass media representatives, delivered greetings to the event participants.

Further Seminar Program

Afterward, the participants were accommodated in a sanatorium located at the Navoiy Con-Metallurgy complex, in a health complex situated in the Oriklisoi resort area of Zomin district, under the guidance of the Chairman of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, Sirojiddin Said.

Content of the Three-Day Program

Over three days, literary discussions, master classes, creative meetings, poetry evenings, round tables, and discussions in the spirit of mentorship are planned. These will be attended by 76 young creative workers who successfully passed the selection stage, 45 gifted students from creative schools, and young authors writing in Uzbek based on proposals from foreign countries within the framework of the 'Young Patriotic Writer' project.

Significance of the 'Zomin Seminar'

'Zomin Seminar', which has become an important tradition of literary life over many years, functions as a unique creative school. It contributes to improving the artistic skill of young authors, supports their creative pursuits, helps identify talents, and ensures close contact with prominent figures in the country's literature.

In the evening, a traditional opening ceremony of the seminar will take place at the district sanatorium.

To ensure the implementation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan's decision dated October 6, 2025, strengthen the material and technical base of the consumer rights protection system, and increase the efficiency of handling appeals, official vehicles were transferred to the Kashkadarya region.

Transfer of Equipment to Districts

The Federation of Consumer Protection Societies of Uzbekistan transferred modern official transport to the regional association of the Kashkadarya region. Specifically, 'Tracker' brand cars were transferred to the consumer protection societies of the cities of Koson and Mirishkor, while 'Onix' brand cars were transferred to the consumer protection societies of the Kashkadarya region.

Significance of the New Transport

These vehicles play an important role in timely study of citizens' appeals on-site, organizing field receptions, conducting public monitoring, promptly investigating cases of consumer rights violations, as well as expanding the scope of legal consultations for the population. Furthermore, they enhance the ability to provide prompt and quality assistance to residents of remote areas.

Strengthening the Rights Protection System

Currently, the federal system pays special attention to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, resolving appeals in the shortest possible time, improving public control mechanisms, and working with the population locally.
